Greetings, my name is Mike Offord. I have been an independent insurance broker since 2011 located in the DeForest, WI area.
As you may have already read elsewhere on our site, Med-Care Senior Insurance has been a fixture in DeForest area for a while. While we are located in DeForest, WI, our agency serves individuals, families, and businesses throughout all of Wisconsin as well.
I became an insurance agent focused on the senior insurance market because I am passionate about helping people. I found the transition into Medicare to be an important but confusing event in which people needed guidance navigating the system. My goal has always been to be the person you can turn to today and into the future to gain the knowledge you need to select the right plan and benefits to fit your specific needs.
The cornerstone of my beliefs is putting my client’s needs first and treating them like family. I strive to create an ongoing, sincere relationship focused on honesty, trust, and service to build lifelong friendships.
I am blessed to have my wife of over 30 years, Amy, and daughter, Hunter, in my life. Their passion for competing and caring for horses has been an inspiration to me through the years. In my free time, I enjoy working on our horse boarding stable, watching all Wisconsin sports teams, and spending some time on the golf course.

Hello! My name is Judie Burton. I have been an independent insurance broker since 2010, primarily with Medicare, Dental, Cancer and Life products. I am located in a little town on Lake Wisconsin, where the famous Merrimac Ferry will bring you back and forth from the Lodi area to Merrimac.
As you may have already read elsewhere on our site, Med-Care Senior Insurance has been in this area for a while. However, I have always served clients throughout all of Wisconsin as well.
I was in the Transportation Business for over 20 years. As I was nearing the age of 64, I realized there was a lot to learn about Medicare. After working with a Medicare Agent, I recognized that there was an opportunity to help others. In today’s market I encourage my clients to be proactive about their own health. I strongly believe having an agent that will work with you over the years is key to any policy. Knowing you can call and ask questions is definitely a plus, when dealing with claims. My clients are like family, and I sincerely care about each and every one of them.
I am a single guardian/grandparent of a 13-year-old grandchild. Middle school has been a challenge this year. We try to stay active with different activities, travel and a little golf. I have 2 sons, 2 daughters, 11 grandchildren, some with spouses and some spouses to be. I am blessed to have such a great family.
